About me

As a member of the British Psychological Society (Membership No. 552341), with an MSc in Psychological Sciences from Brunel University London and specialist diplomas in counselling, trauma-informed therapy, and CBT, I bring both clinical expertise and real-world empathy to my practice.

I’m a humanistic therapist offering a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space for people of all ages. My approach is integrative, drawing on a range of evidence-based methods to support clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and a desire for personal growth.

Having lived in several different countries, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges of adapting to life abroad. I’ve also had the privilege of working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, ages, and life circumstances. This has deepened my appreciation for the diverse ways in which people experience and respond to life’s difficulties, and strengthened my ability to meet each client with sensitivity, openness, and respect for their unique story.

My interest in psychotherapy grew out of a deep curiosity about human nature and a desire to understand how people overcome adversity and create meaningful change in their lives. Over the years, both personal experiences and professional encounters have shaped my belief in the power of a supportive, therapeutic relationship to foster healing, growth, and resilience. This path felt like a natural extension of my values: empathy, openness, and a commitment to helping others live more fully and authentically.

If you’re considering therapy, I’d be honoured to support you on your journey. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone.
